Mr. Mark (the instructor) did a great job at ensuring that each of his students understood the course material. The majority of the students in the class are pursuing a career change and IT is relatively unfamiliar to most in our class. I do not think anyone was ever embarrassed to say " I don't get it" or "can you explain that again". This is a true testament to our instructor's ability to teach.

The class was very informative. Having had no IT knowledge I learned more during this course about what IT means to an organization. I thought IT only involves fixing computer issues at the Service Desk level but I understand now that is just one aspect of what IT does. Once I understood what ITIL was I was fully engaged in learning the principles and the framework of IT.
