Instructor is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. Made his intentions and goals clear from the beginning. Is aware of how night class' are different from the days. That's very important to take into account. Some of us have full time jobs and have to take care of a family. The course needs to be lengthened so it dos not feel so rushed. It is tons of information being thrown at you in a very short amount of time. If possible I would like to see a more flexible study group. I typically work through lunch as a necessity. I only made it into one of them and could only listen in because of where I was. I agree that videos should be on. Especially if your on grant or using the GI Bill. Unfortunately it can be hard to see who cant have video and who can. I actually had to keep mine off for a class because there was an emergency at work. I was able to listen in and take quick voice to text notes on my phone. Liked the idea of the labs. Can be a little iffy and hard to see. PBQ's and Practice were god tools to supplement the class. Finally I would like to see the use of an App as a mobile resource to do a quick study when abroad. Like between jobs when I have some time but not enough to jump on the portal. The Instructor is BRILLIANT!

I enjoyed this class a lot. Adonis was by far my best instructor. Chilled, relaxed instructor who knows what he's talking about. You can tell he's passionate about this field and its nice learning from people like him. It was great learning new information from him. He put on us to programs and websites that would really hone our skills as we progress in this field as well opened up our minds to the endless possibilities once you get certified. My only gripe is I feel like this class is to short and needs to be longer. A lot of content and can be overwhelming. Overall this course was good.

Instructor did a great job covering the material

The instructor is very knowledgeable but seemed to be rush to cover all the information required for this course. Two weeks is not enough time to cover and learn all the information covered in this course.

Class pace was a little fast. Over all a great class. Troy is a wonderful instructor.

The pace of class is very difficult, but not impossible, you'll just have to survive on a couple hours of sleep during the course. Some of the material in CompTIA Learning is not listed in the PowerPoints, not sure if this is by design or not. Also there are several typos in the PowerPoints.

Beneficial material and educated/experienced instructor made this class great.

First class to take remotely and definitely a different feel versus in a classroom environment. The instructor did a good job given the subject matter. You have really to be dynamic when explaining components of the service value system and Mr. Ward pulled it off well. Enjoyed the class and good to chat with other veterans.
