Course is well constructed and instructor was very thoroughly explained in detail. Love to take this course again.

My instructor was one of the best instructors at ACI Learning. He was quick and straight to the point with material but was more than open to take a step back when students were struggling!

The class was pretty well done. Lots of supplemental information was used that gave a better perspective with SEC+ on earning the the cert and also how it is applied in the real world. Definitely helped that I took a course on A+ and Net+ beforehand.

Fast paced, but lots of great information.

The course was good, but will benefit from adding another week of going over information.

Instructor is knowledgeable about the course, he ask questions based on real life scenario and give additional resources on various topics.

Robert was great, he was able to explain the content really well and I enjoyed the class environment

I believe the course has great resources but really needs to be longer. Three weeks should have been considered as this is a lot of information to absorb.
