I entered this course expecting it to be incredibly difficult, being new to IT. The opposite was true in the end. The instructor, Dr. Mack, was absolutely incredible and made it easy to understand even some of the more complex concepts that were covered. The materials provided were more than enough to give me confidence to pass the test and to perform tasks on my own. I would highly recommend this course to anyone.
Personally, the class was perfect. I've recommended this class to some of my bosses, because it will help in their personal and professional development and it was a pleasure gaining more knowledge
