Great Job

Great course. I would take another one from this instructor. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall I think this course was taught really well. I came in not knowing much about ITIL now I feel like I can somewhat follow along and chime in.

I wish I had heard about ACI Learning, before I'd even thought about submitting myself to the Hassle and aggravation of the other IT schools I'd wasted time and money on.

I feel this course, as is, has made me ready to start working in the field of IT and on my way learn so much more. I now have a more confident feeling about entering in the world of IT.

yes and no. If you are a hands on person unless you have a lot of time this may not be for you. the instructor was great but just doing slides for 4 hours does not work me. I need to be in a activity with a instructor.

Best introduction to the fundamentals of ITIL

I know Jerry is working on revamping some things here for the course and with as much tweaking there might need to b done the course really hammers in the work so you can succeed. Just apply yourself, organize around work best you can and you can get this done for sure. Thanks again for the lessons!

Need more time studying

very disappointed overall. If I end up resitting, Ill see if things have a better outcome. I did not retain much from this course as I was hoping. I do not feel one be confident to take the actual Exam. I had to cancel my other 2 courses so I can solely focus on Sec+ fully, which will have to be on my own. Again, unless a resit ends up being better.
