Mr. Bennett was one of the best teachers I ever had. Very good at making relatable references as well as giving easy ways to learn knowledge. Very nice to have a supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly teacher. Was the best course overall. Everything started to click more after Sec+. ACI learning goes above and beyond.
Mr.Fedd single handedly saved this course. He made up for a lot of inaccuracies, lack of content and provided us every opportunity to understand and learn our own way. I'm a visual learner and he took real world examples and even demonstrated how to do things inside the computer. Do what you can to keep him. If you haven't Checked your course work (Slides, testout labs references for the end of the course) you need to go over that soon. Slides had pictures of the wrong devices. Some slides had repeating facts, that did not match with the content. The Labs at the end of the modules were inconsistent, some where there, some where misnumbered and some didn't exist.
If the instructor didn't have to deal with outdated slides I feel the course would've been much more efficient but I still feel like the lessons were taught very well.
Rich is awesome. I think the course was slightly difficult to me because of the change in test/exercise questions. I had been using a certain study technique I chose after experiences the first test and exercises. That technique did not bode well in the face of the level of questions nearing the end of the course. ITIL is strange to me but I was able to grasp it well enough to pass. I just feel like I am more uncertain of my knowledge now then when I began but I do indeed have a better understanding of IT and the practices in which IT companies engage in.
All I can say is I wish this class was something that was offered in military education office.

Great teacher, Eric teaches in multiple different ways, security is the fun part of the CUSS program. The slides for other courses need to be updated but this one is not as bad. However, there are thing in there that are not on the exam objectives for COMPTIA which feels like extra work and makes things more confusing.
