I feel this program needs instructor to explain the information as if we are new to the IT world and stay on the course at hand rather than speak on other future course because it is confusing

this entire 11 week course was read and memorize, no applying lessons learned. no building computers in A+, no applying security measures in SEC+, no subneting. everything was this means this, this is this and move on, no practical application of what was taught.

overall the course so far is easy to comprehend with everything presented to us. my only complaint was that there wasnt a fresh brewed coffee available.

I recommend this course and program to anyone looking to get into IT and management.

I have enjoyed the course material, classroom experience and overall program so far after taking the ITIL foundations course.

The ACI learning platform software used should cover everything in the course for practices to help students learn more such as the learning mode.
