Is the school director supposed to monitor the courses at ACI? Why was the end of course assessments not ready to be taken on the day they are supposed to taken? The ball was dropped on this one on several occasions. I think a review needs to be done on who monitors the progress of classes.

Overall very good course, material, experience and staff.

Overall, the instructor made the experience easier. I was afraid of failing due to NEVER having to deal with IT or anything related, but I've grasped the basic knowledge and I feel confident going forward.

I like the classes and being small we are able to ask questions and get answers. I wish it were longer, to get the concepts up to par with the certification exam, but I feel that I will fill in more study time and will pass the test.

good learning materials just all about getting reps in, balancing out life, and work schedules while pursuing higher education its not easy but it can all get done overall (eat the elephant one bite at a time)

Very good course to start with, got me back into the study and learn practice. Its been awhile.

Overall, if I was suggesting this to colleague I would suggest to them to use the resources that is provide to quiz yourself and get more into with the material. The instructor actual is someone who you could relate with and is willing to have one on one discussion on tops you are still unfamiliar with. But I would highly recommend it to them as I was recommended by one.
