Dave is a detrimental part of learning here at ACI. The man deserves a raise, some bonuses and the ability to oversee all courses. I don't know how well he'd teach other courses but, if it's anything like this course. No one will be left behind, no questions unanswered and all knowledge and real-world skills wouldn't only benefit every student that enrolls here. He should definitely be the head honcho here. Keep him around. He's a good turd, I wouldn't flush him.

The study materials needs to be simplified for beginners in the IT field, most contents were for those with advanced knowledge in IT. The instructors were very good and helpful with other study materials and websites.

Brian was a fantastic and very knowledgeable instructor.

The build and test lab was educational but wished we were shown more when it comes to upgrading current systems.

Excellent course for foundation of ITIL.

Sunday is an asset to this program. I am impressed with how he made the material understandable and likeable. I was unsure on how dry IT material might be but he surpassed my expectations.

It was a great experience.

Outstandingly done. I hope to have him again in either of the two remaining classes
