Great learning experience and environment. Sad that they are going to be only an online institution here in the springs.

Instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful

I thought this course was going to be boring. But the instructor made fun and engaging, had a lot of fun and actually made want to come to class and learn.

John is a very knowledgeable in this, ITIL course, But I was trying to attempt to learn a new "language" on how this is needed for me to proceed on through this course.

I appreciate the fact that Mr. Smith illuminated what the requirements will be to not only start a new role within the IT industry, but also confidently and successfully obtain CompTIA's certifications.

The class was very tough but at the end, I definitely learned a lot. If I could go back I would work on more of the PracticeLabs in my free time. I feel like this would have accelerated my understanding of the course. Overall, I am confident I have a good Network foundation to build from now.
