It's a great course if you have some prior knowledge, but the instructor made it much harder. Focus on doing your own study and treat the class as a refresher, not for learning new content. New content is done on your own time.

Wolfgang was my instructor for A+ 1101 & 1102, as mentioned in previous comments, he is knowledgeable in all the topics, he has the certifications in which he teaches, he is patient and tends to relate to the students. He also makes the class colorful with is humor and teaching methods. The platform as a whole is awesome, has many tools and resources to help you succeed in passing the course and obtaining certifications.
