slides are a little different from the instructor's, instructor did a great job at breaking things down, he related and gave examples. The cert master is an amazing tool!

This course covers an extremely wide breadth of subjects and information with very little time to absorb it--especially if the student has a job outside of class. I felt like I was scrambling the entire time to keep up, which wasn't the fault of the professor. I barely had time to engage with the IT Pro TV videos, and if I didn't have an hour in each class to work on CertMaster, I would barely have scratched its surface.

I feel like a lot of time was wasted sitting around for an instructor that was pulled in at the last minute with no time for preparation.

It was an interesting subject. Not exciting, but interesting. I appreciated Mr. Hughes break it down.

I need to study the foundation a little deeper. The way they word these questions can really mess you up.

Overall, the learning material and ITProVideo were beneficial, but the instructor could have let the students be more interactive in the question base portion of the material.

The pace of this course and how this course and the previous two courses were delivered is not an effective way to teach anybody how to pass any certification. I understand that the students must study outside of the course time. However, taking an end-of-course assessment and then several days later, if not weeks into the following course, having to show proficiency to another person is not conducive to the student; This can be remedied by I the second-party coach, who did not participate in the course delivery administering the end-of-course assessment. I can read the course slides myself and watch the provided videos without someone doing this for me. There was no immediate assessment of the student's knowledge after each instruction block. I.T. is not a theory-based form of instruction; it's hands-on, teaching students how to perform the task and providing why you are performing the tasks are better aligned with how this instruction program should be. That will better prepare the student for the exam certification because they aren't memorizing the questions on the certification examination; they will better understand why the questions are being asked. When a customer has an issue with their computer and other office equipment, they are looking for someone well-prepared to fix the problem, not talk to them theoretically about what could be the issue. The design and presentation of this course are way off the mark, and I feel this has been a waste of students' time and money.
