I sit with a heavy heart knowing that my time with Professor Eric is coming to an end. During the classroom time that we have amassed there have been wonderful moments of clarity as Prof. Eric cleared the clouds in my mind and helped me ascertain the differences between what is a hard drive and disk drive. I shall hold these memories fondly in the back of my mind as I now move on to greater things. I wish Mr. Professor Eric the best in all his endeavors. But......I'm better than him in every possible way. Especially in growing hair on my face.

After the course, having a training slide with all the acronyms and their meanings would help memorizing them.
The instructor was very good and helped us learn a very challenging topic. I learned so much.
