Overall the course was helpful and I feel more prepared for the certification exam

Needs more overview and directed materials that might be doen with the homeworks.

Hopefully, I'll be ready for the certification exam.

As stated before, this course needs to be redesigned. If it was not for how practically flawless ITIL was before this, I would be demanding a refund as the amount of money I paid to take this course was not reflected in in the quality of the course that I had to go through. There was so much wrong with this course that it should probably be scrapped and replaced with something that will actually help the students. If I was a student who had issues with taking tests, my confidence would be shot, and I would be scared to proceed with the following courses and certifications.

In summary, the Edutainer introduced me to the next level of my career that will add more value to my 25 years of experience in project management.

Overall, my opinion of the course is that the instructor made this material what it was. Mr. Herka’s teaching style in my opinion should be the standard at ACI.
