its a good place to learn

seeing how this course is for beginners, i feel that the classes either needs to be longer than the 4 hours and/or the 10 days.

Have not used the skillprotv platform or labs yet, should add a n/a button to those questions if not used yet.

The course overall was great. I just wished the instructor would stay on task a little bit more so I could feel as if I as actually taking in the information being taught.

ACI Learning provides an excellent foundation for learners who want to gain knowledge in the IT industry. However, the lack of learning materials such as ebooks and books can be a disadvantage for some students. While the course materials are comprehensive, having a reference source to review or consult can aid learners in retaining the information better. With an ebook or book, learners can read and study more independently, reviewing the concepts and reinforcing their understanding of the material. By providing additional learning resources, ACI Learning can ensure that learners have a more complete and immersive learning experience, resulting in a better grasp of the material and a more successful outcome for students.

Great course but be ready to invest more than just class time.

I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about Network+ material HOWEVER, disappointed that information provided via slides, labs and other material is consistently not updated. When I say consistently, I mean that I had taken other courses from ACI and found the same problem. It threw me off when testing as well. That is unacceptable seeing that the cost for this program is not cheap. PLEASE FIX THIS ACI. It's only respectful and no investor (student, other) should have to come face to face with this ongoing issue. It is my one complaint. But I have no complaints about the instructors or people who work with us on campus. They are the stars here!

The unfortunate content that is either omitted, wrong, or out of place notwithstanding, the course was well presented by the educator and efforts were made to work around the problematic material successfully.
