The videos might have valuable content but the presenters are awful

I appreciate Ms. Allyson so much . .I know a lot more ITIL. 4 than when I started.

Fantastic class. I struggled because the pace of the class is dictated by the student that struggles the most so it felt like the class proceeded at a very slow pace. However, Miss Allyson did a great job of engaging the students and making the class much more enjoyable than it could have been.

Professor Timothy Cassibry is an amazing professor and you can tell he deeply cares about his students and the material.

This course was just a pleasure to take. It is a good first step into getting into the IT certification world and helps bridge from no knowledge of IT to learning how the operation works from management to customer.

REWRITE THE SLIDES.

Please look into updated some course material and fix lab issues with connectivity and support. The instructor was very knowledgeable, fun, realistic, and relatable in his approach to teaching what was needed to ensure success! Overall, very good course!

Its a good course and the additional resources are vital to understanding the material needed to pass the certification exam.

I would highly recommend this course for CompTIA+
