Overall I think the class was great but it was a ton of information to digest over a very short amount of time. For those of us that have no experience with IT or have a very limited knowledge of computers it was difficult and frustrating at times. Overall though the material and instructors were able to help me adapt and overcome the ACE test.

The labs and assignments were very time-consuming. After day 3, I simply couldn't keep up with my assignments according to the Syllabus, however, I am a full-time employee.

The only thing I might recommend would be doing a nightly zoom quiz (including all the students) on the materials covered that day. This was done only one night during the course and I think it was very beneficial for the students. I would recommend doing this for the last 15 minutes of class each night as it makes sure information was retained each night. I was very happy with Mr. Hamric as the instructor, he was very candid, knowledgeable, engaging, and ALWAYS available to support.

Just need more time to learn the material, this goes for all courses. My brain doesn't work like it used too.

The course itself is great and extremely useful to know. Unfortunately, 2 weeks doesn't feel long enough to really grasp beyond the core concepts for deep seeded memorization of standards/protocols/frequencies etc.

This was a very good base-level IT course. I think anyone who has little familiarity would benefit from a course like this one. I was delighted to have an opportunity to commit myself to learning about the cloud in a structured environment. The presentations were laid out fairly logically across the course as a whole and the labs helped solidify information learned. I think opportunities to do explorative learning and collaborating with class mates helped me integrate learning the most and I feel like the number of these activities could be higher in the future.

The modules though very helpful, however were extremely time consuming, and extremely hard for anyone with a fulltime job to get completely done. 4 hour class easily turned into a 6 hour class at times. Not doable for working folk.

The amount of information passed in the condensed course left little time for learning and internalizing. I look forward to after when I can go over the material in a less frenzied pace to gain the most from the volume of information and spend more time in the labs becoming proficient with the techniques and software demonstrated during the course.
