This course felt much more manageable than A+ 1001. James is a great instructor who definitely knows the material.
Basic information but the instructor was great, very impressive background. Night classes are tough, online classes are tough, and together I noticed many students don't interact or have their video on, including myself. I felt bad about that. Our instructor seemed a tad disheartened. I'm not used to online classes so that was tough.
Jay is knowledgeable and does a great job presenting the material in an easy to understand way. He uses real world experience and examples to bring relevance to the material.
Also feel like we could use more time. I will say this side of the course is very well paced. A day taken away from here and put into the first half of comptia would def help alo

john is a really nice guy and goes over the material alright... but he does ramble quite a bit about his own perrsonal stories, which i dont mind normally, but when we spend a whole hour on the same slide to listen to extraneous information it gets a bit tedious
Although it was a large amount of knowledge in a short amount of time, Mr Petti did an outstanding job of making it all digestible. Not just in imparting the information, but also in explaining the rationale of the program thereby making it easier to apply what we have learned to the assessments.
THE ONLY COMPLAINT OR OBSERVATION IS THAT THERE IS ALLOT OF CONTENT COVERED IN 8HRS. IDEALY I WOULD HAVE LEARNED MORE IN SMALLER BITES. HOWEVER, I DO UNDERSTAND WE ARE CRAMMING ALLOT IN THE TIME ALLOCATED. I WILL SAY THE INFORMATION WAS COVERED SEVERAL TIMES. ALSO MINOR DIFFERENCES DICTATED RIGHT AND WRONG ANSWERS. HAVING 28 YEARS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SOME CASES WAS A DETRIMENT HAVING PRECONCIEVED IDEAS.
