I found this course extremely beneficial. The way the course was presented was in a clear way which made the material and tasks easy to understand. The role play sessions helped in starting to put what I learnt into practice.

Course was very well structured and delivered expertly by Patrick. The course was interactive and Patrick's anecdotes really helped the sessions flow and keep us engaged on the topics.

Fantastic course covering a range of topics related to sales and tools to utilise in sales meetings/conversations. Really well delivered (especially in a virtual environment), good pace, plenty of opportunity to ask questions and participate.

Excellent course with a really good structure - Karl is very engaging, even over Zoom - which I wasn't sure if it would work well

The thing i enjoyed most about the course with Karl is he makes it all relevant to the job we are doing by using our business model as examples...............BRILLIANT! P.S. He's amazing for advice on Netflix too
