Great delivery, tailored and highly relevant. Interesting that the team were enthusiastic but somewhat reluctant for us to revisit in 4-6 weeks to check on relevancy and "stickiness" of the points raised... I'm still going to do this but I'm guessing they may well rate the course high on delivery and content and medium on value to them as individuals which is somewhat of a shame... Personally I do not believe we could have done more... Maybe added some additional time into the day to investigate and role play would have been advantageous so that the association between what was being taught and relevancy in the "real-world" could have been improved... I thought it was awesome, and I got great value from doing this again, 20 years after I did my first one! Great job Simon!

Excellent - much better course than the last one I felt (negotiation). Plenty of relevant information, Simon Broom was very knowledgeable, and I learnt a lot

Overall I found the course really interesting and interactive. Key account management is not something I at present do in my role but was useful to look at the planner and to develop my knowledge and understanding. The planner reminded me of project management as this is something I covered at university and can equip me in my future roles at Shell.

Excellent course giving some very good insights in to our company and has led to a couple of new projects to help how we interact with our customers and prospects
