Informative and interactive training

A comprehensive course on influencing and communicating

Engaging course that has left me with a multitude of approaches to be a better influencer and communicator. The coach was brilliant - kind, adaptable, and sensitive to the dynamics in the room. I'd recommend to everybody who needs to communicate to some degree in their role.

Good course, made me think about focusing on the right questions to ask. How to work with different personalities. How to engage internal teams

Trainer great and enthusiastic and allows time for ideas from the group to be explored

Patrick was fantastic, knowledgable and presented the content brilliantly

Really useful few days, great discussion with wider AA colleagues and great perspective and feedback given by Patrick who shared some really interesting stories

Gary explained the content very well. It was helpful and informative and gave some good ideas to implement to help me manage my time.
