Fantastic couple of days. It was a very small group that benefited and gave us time to discuss the relevant questions and detail we both wanted to know. Plenty of time also for breaks and email catch ups which also helps on the every day job.

Nick was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to and follow. I learned some very good strategies and lots of good questions to ask customers. Some of the course content wasn’t relevant, but that was not anyone’s fault, and some areas we had already got pretty well covered. But that was also good to have confirmation of.
