With the high volume of information I found it engaging throughout both days. It would be good to have a revisit session to go through information and ensure applying it suitably for our industry.

Lot to take in over two days, as with all these things you tend to pick up max 3 ideas you will take forward. Bit more time maybe with regards good ideas that we would use , ie what to right or say in certain circumstances and for us to be able to write the answers down , not enough time designated to this.

Really enjoyed the course, Nick listened, evaluated & was perceptive. He explained things well taking time to ensure we understood each section. There was lots of engagement and we were encouraged to ask questions. Definitely got me thinking about my approach going forward.
