interesting course some good content

Hitesh was very friendly and engaging. The course content was very detailed and informative. Additionally, the majority of the content related to my industry and I could see how to relate it to my everyday work. At times, it did feel like we were rushing to fit all of the content in, as the course had been compressed into 2 days. Looking back, I would have loved to spend more time on certain topics. Overall, a great experience and would recommend to colleagues.

The course is a good course for anyone new to sales, it covers some of the basics, I would imagine it would be helpful to Salespeople who are required to find new business

Less relevant to NATS and a service industry, would’ve been better to hear tips and recommendations from the trainer rather than group discussions

Examples should be made more relevant to our works and should use trickier examples then easy wins

The course itself was fabulous. However, it was aimed at training us to use specific imformation from out employers which we will never have. Other than that, it was great.

Good training, bit too long.

The course was good for beginners and for those with experience needing refresher. I found the trainer talked a lot - Gave some good examples and I thought Simon helped students well, however, I didn't feel much time was given to students to gather their own thoughts and fire back answers when asked questions.

Good refresher for information you probably know but don't always put into practise and apply in your selling. Generic on some subjects and not always applicable to selling in construction industry but overall topics covered well.
