Really a helpful course with a practise link to our daily business
Materials pretty basic but they didn’t need to be complex to be fair
Nick was great, very insightful and listened and brought everyone to collaborate
The course was so insightful and allowed me to get under the skin of my teams disc profiles. I have a lot better understanding of what motivates them individually and the profile of our team in general. This is actionable insight that i will take into my communication with the team.
Nick was an impressive trainer- calm and inclusive. He allowed us all the time to discuss and challenge and it helped discover and learn more as a result
I have done TACT TMI Sales Training before so was a bit apprehensive about the usefulness but this course has been excellent and the content is relevant and can be applied to my role. I think the outcome and overall learning is down to the trainer. Patrick was brilliant!
