I found the initial instructions for the map making section confusing to begin with. I think the exercise would have been better if we had more physical space.

Simon is a great trainer and covered all topics in detail. The tasks were useful and fun and can be applied in our day to day role.
Engaging course that has left me with a multitude of approaches to be a better influencer and communicator. The coach was brilliant - kind, adaptable, and sensitive to the dynamics in the room. I'd recommend to everybody who needs to communicate to some degree in their role.
