Really useful to start introducing different methods into our current approach, rather than stripping back and changing what we’re doing now. A lot of methods are easily applicable.

Maria was excellent. The feedback from the whole group was positive. The anecdotes and thought starters were great at bringing us into each new topic. Very helpful examples of questions and assistance with our real life examples.

Gary was very friendly and knew how to engage the room throughout the multiple exercises. He explained concepts clearly and how best to apply them to our situations at work. It was nice getting know more about my colleagues’ working style if I don’t typically work with them on a day to day basis

The trainer was very good and getting everyone involved and making everyone has an input. The tools given were very useful to what was being discussed. I do prefer more visuals. The venue was in a good location

created some interesting thought around customer interactions. thought there was some carry over from the training we did last year which was nice to refresh but not new material

Useful marketing content. A reasonable amount of cross over with the KAM training which is good for refresher but stopped time being spent on content, actions.
