Overall good course just felt a challenge to take anything away when I didn't agree with all of the report

I enjoyed the course and found all of the information very useful and relevant in my training as a new sales executive, it is always delivered in a clear and animated way that keeps me interested. Karl is very knowledgeable and fab at delivering these courses.

I have really enjoyed the course. Lindsey has been very enthusiastic and engaging, her positive energy is truly inspiring. I loved the detailed report, and how it was presented. I would definitely recommend the course.

Great course

Well presented and good examples to reinforce discussion points. Some of the A and B role playing was a bit confusing
