Agood course but understand it was a two day compressed into one day for some reason. Found the content we covered good and interaction good, but felt a little rushed on times However, still able to take away some very key points which will help me when working with a distributor

Should have been the two day allocation did feel a bit rushed not Simon's problem Morris wanted one day. Great delivery by Simon as always a little technical in places but overall some good tips taken away, thank you.

First time completing a workshop. Very good experience, Simon was very helpful and made them interactive and relatable. I fell ill on the second day of the workshop and had to go home half way. Simon reached out and scheduled a seperate time for me to catch up, which was hugely appreciated. Was good to have insight from a clearly experienced trainer.

It has been an intensive 2 days but there have been really some excellent tools and information that remind us how a professional approach to managing our distributors should be done. We learned how to work better and more effectively with both the owners and the people involved with the sales process to improve both individuals and our overall performance. In particular, Simon has the experience to be able to relate real life situations to emphasize the concepts and make the virtual training experience interesting. So really very good! Thanks!
