Take the challenge questions need to be properly organized. The order of content in the study guide is not practical to learn certain processes in a linear fashion. This course should be an advanced study course offend to more seasoned students who would be better suited in a management role. The allotment of only 2 weeks, and teaching it at the very beginning does the importance and value of this content a disservice.
The ITIL 4 course is very dry; there's a lot of information to cover in two weeks. Dave, our instructor does a fantastic job of being a subject matter expert and breaking it all down to make it easy to understand. The amount of effort that Dave is putting in to make videos and supplementary material is astonishing. Overall, very honored and happy to have Dave as my instructor for this course.
Please take into consideration that Mr. Dave Gast has a great wealth of knowledge that would benefit the future of IT and AXELOS. Listen to the person (DAVE) who has boots on the ground and the experience as well as knowledge to go with it.

It was okay. The instructor (Dave) made it much more fruitful and interesting considering how bland the topic was.
great class. it was a little difficult to follow with the red pen markings on every slide. I wish he made text boxes or something a little more organized and easier to follow.
This group was fun and can't wait for our next on Monday....
