I can see why Mr. Petti teaches all over the world. He is a great resource to use when it comes to broadening your knowledge on ITIL information. It actually amazed me on how well he can shoot an explanation and answers in such a quick time.
Great course for beginners. Eases you into the IT world and puts you into the right mindset to learn future IT related material.
Continue to have teachers that make it so you pretty much have to interact during class and love what they do. KJ's desire to pass on knowledge and info is amazing and genuine.
Course was a bit confusing at first but once you realize that you are studying a diagram in depth and how everything is related to each other and/or contributes to another moving piece, it all becomes pretty simple.
I love this class and course. I'm glad that I chose ACI Learning on showing me the journey on how to become a computer user support specialist.
I learned a lot during this course and feel fully prepared to complete the certificate exam.
