Great course and great teacher, I would have appreciated more engaging exercises but the available exercises and challenges helped with retention and were useful all the same

This course taught me a lot of new concepts and information. This knowledge that I gain will make me a better person.
The biggest thing I would say. Maybe a course for the folks that are new to IT have a start off with something less complicated. This is alot of information. ITIL maybe the start of IT however it being an introduction course may be a little overwhelming
Good first class that left a good first impression of the school, and the classes I will take going forward. I just wish there was more time for me to study considering I am working full time.
In the end the Instructor deserves most of the credit, he is the main reason I passed.
