Mr. John way of teaching is very impressive. Very calm and to the point. He made sure everyone understood and no one misses anything even if it means going back and he did so. He has don`t amazing job and I have gained great knowledge and made me understand everything very easily. Appreciate his efforts and Aci for allowing me to take this opportunity.
I recommend this course to students looking to learn about ITIL.
Dave is a detrimental part of learning here at ACI. The man deserves a raise, some bonuses and the ability to oversee all courses. I don't know how well he'd teach other courses but, if it's anything like this course. No one will be left behind, no questions unanswered and all knowledge and real-world skills wouldn't only benefit every student that enrolls here. He should definitely be the head honcho here. Keep him around. He's a good turd, I wouldn't flush him.
Great class overall and with the knowledge gained in these last two weeks, I feel confident that I will pass the ITIL exam!
Sunday is an asset to this program. I am impressed with how he made the material understandable and likeable. I was unsure on how dry IT material might be but he surpassed my expectations.
