I'm excited to see what else ACI has in store for me.
I had fun in this class overall. I learned alot of new material for the IT world that will hopefully carry on to the next class, and most importantly, to my future job.
Enjoyed this course, Dave was an awesome instructor, looking forward to the others.
This is a very broad course to where anything can become a test question, which requires a ton of memorization. This course is not for the fainted heart that has a mindset of a lazy hound. You have to put forth the effort and study, study, study, because the Instructor can only do so much to help you succeed. Thanks again Mr. David Gast in being our Instructor!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Really enjoyed the ITIL 4 Foundation course, I really learned a lot. The instructor (Mr. Eric Goodoien) made learning this course very interesting, achievable, and fun. We were challenged in many ways which led to the entire class passing both exams and the overall course. I'm glad to be part of ACI Learning.
I am transitioning from forensic science to information technology. I am a kinetic learner. So, I was nervous about starting over and learning something new in a 100% virtual environment. The ITIL foundation course helped me alleviate my anxiety. I feel confident continuing my studies in the CUSS program and moving into a new career.
