Great course and material is very relevant for business!
Great introduction to IT to get you use to the system used for the rest of your courses and use the terms learned to maximize your effectiveness in those courses.
Course was challenging but instructor made everything clear and easier to understand.
Bryan deserves a raise, and a break from teaching ITIL.
