This is a very valuable course and I enjoy all of it.
In two weeks, I went from knowing absolutely nothing about the ITIL and ITSM framework, to being confident enough to take the ITIL ASAP. David is an excellent instructor.
For future students that will come behind me, I must say that the material was horrible, but my instructor was a lifesaver.
The SkillProTV videos need to get to the point faster. The yapping in-between information is not necessary.
So far really enjoying the whole class and the knowledge that I'm getting.
It was a pleasure taking this course and it was a lot easier to understand this time because the instructor was a lot more in tune with how the students learned.
