Would highly recommend this course to anyone. I was very apprehensive about staring college courses again, but I have defenitely enjoyed this experience and hope to excell far enough to make it into more courses

In two weeks, I went from knowing absolutely nothing about the ITIL and ITSM framework, to being confident enough to take the ITIL ASAP. David is an excellent instructor.
So far really enjoying the whole class and the knowledge that I'm getting.
