I thought the topics discussed during the meeting were relevant to our industry and day to day conversations with our members. Helen herself was relatable and provided a platform which was one of the most engaging when compared to other trainings programs I have attended.
The segment on suicide was very enlightening, statistics in particular. However, I am not sure this should have concluded the session.

Fantastic training. Was a great add on to my MHFA. The course provided me with practical knowledge on how to deal with a potentially suicidal customer. I am very interested in seeing what other course Helen provides.
