George was a very engaging educator who used his charisma, knowledge and insight to turn what could have been a very dull session about how to pander to customers into what felt like a university level business and psychology lecture (which is something I enjoyed). George asked questions and made comments/suggestions on topics and concepts that I had not put much thought into but will be able to take into consideration when providing customer service. It also made me consider the business in a way that made me feel like I was valuable to the company.

George was a really captivating instructor and managed to hold my attention. I found the content of the course really helpful and was not stuff that I would have considered to affect my work previously. I believe that I will be able to apply the content of the course to my work.

The course overall was so engaging, George was extremely interesting and approachable, I have been to many generic customer courses and have always been bored or found it very basic, this was very very insightful on a higher level which I believe will hugely help in our day to day lives. More of the ‘why’ which I find to be far more constructive than the ‘what’
