Overall I really enjoyed and loved the session. It was very engaging and I learnt a lot. I was able to question myself on a lot of different aspects and found a lot of answers on how to provide great customer service.

I found the course really interactive engaging overall really good. Useful to get a different perceptive, seeing the other side, open ended questions, written communication - structure and response.
