I found today’s session very beneficial. It enabled me to practice techniques learnt in previous sessions to help me to refresh my knowledge, and also taught me new techniques to help me keep myself and my patient safe in different situations. Georgie, the trainer, also made the session very engaging!

Georgie Was very friendly. I enjoyed the course as she encouraged me to contribute in the group (as I am generally a shy person). She also adapted to my health needs by allowing me to act within my limitations.

Ben has remained enthusiastic throughout the whole day keeping everyone engaged. Good techniques and feedback has been provided. Feeling more confident to provide safe restraints if they are required as a last resort.
