i found it really interesting learning this course, the theory behind PBS really helped enrich my understanding of how to support in incidents. the physical interventions were explained and demonstrated really clearly, with in depth feedback. this course has been invaluable for bridging the gap of knowledge that i had from working at gretton, so i feel a lot more confident going into the next academic year

The course was really helpful; great combination of theory and practical. Delivered really well with humour and consideration of everyone in the room. Taken at a good pace. Will be really helpful in my future practice.
Response : Thank you for such thoughtful feedback. It’s great to hear that the course struck the right balance between theory and practical application. We're especially glad the delivery felt inclusive and engaging, with humour and consideration for everyone in the room. A well-paced session can make all the difference, and it’s brilliant to know it supported your future practice. Thanks again for sharing your experience.

Andy was great at making sure we knew how to use Sherwood within our setting, suited to our individual needs and learner behaviour presentations. After 3 days, I feel confident to use Sherwood as and when required to keep our young people safe.
Response : Thank you for such thoughtful feedback. It’s fantastic to hear that Andy was able to tailor the training to your setting and the specific needs of your learners. That kind of personalised approach makes a real difference, and it’s great to know it helped build your confidence over the three days. Feeling equipped to use Sherwood effectively to support and safeguard young people is exactly the outcome we hope for. We really appreciate you sharing your experience.

Great trainer, very indepth and going over information and techniques was no issue at all. Kept us engaged and explained all very well.

Keeping everyone engaged and explaining things clearly is exactly what we aim for, so it’s lovely to know that came through. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
