The course was well taught by Scott, and the practical training was excellent too. I learned so much from the training that I am confident to work with any service user with challenging behavior. This training opened my eyes and exposed me to a lot of skills that will be very helpful when working on shift. It was indeed a great one.Response : Thank you, Victor.
