RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,141 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Good training course and the way information was given was informative but told in a way that sticks. There was a lot of information at times which was sometimes alot to take in and hard to focus but breaks were implemented to ease this. The trainer was lovely and helped you build confidence.Showing patience and reassurance throughout

Response: Thank you, Chloe. We really appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are pleased to hear you found the training informative and memorable. It’s great to know the trainer’s patient and reassuring approach helped build your confidence, and that the breaks supported the pace and overall learning experience.

Today’s session was really interactive, provided an understanding of how a restraint would feel and how to complete this safely. The different restraints help put this in perspective.

It was a good course. Ben is engaging and ran the course well. I do feel that today was very repetitive from the second day course previously done. The safe holds are very good
