Trainer was charismatic abd knowledgeable, content was comprehensive

Alex is the best trainer I've come across and is very inspiring. She is a credit to the company and has completely changed my way of thinking.

Kirsty was a happy trainer throughout and explained all restraint demonstrations well and gave lots of opportunity to practice within the team.

Course material was interesting, however hold most often used in our Clinical area, for cannulas, only done as an adaptive technique. Glad to have reminder of day 2

Well planned and executed

The course overall was fabulous.

Great course. It did highlight some extra training needs for some staff though (Children who bite staff members and how to disengage from this).

The trainer was very passionate about the course. They were knowledgeable.
