Georgie and Katie did great during the training. Giving clear information. Patience during the techniques for people to catch up. Venue could do with more space due to heat and poor ventaliation.

Liam was a fantastic trainer for level 3, understanding of the potential trauma restraint can cause to staff as well as patients. wish I had this training earlier in my career.

The training was very educative and informative I enjoyed the theoretical and practical work it’s highly recommended for new and old staff as it aims to improve our overall work ethics.
I really enjoyed the practical learning. Got me to understand how to properly restrain a pupil. I enjoyed the workbook and learning the basics procedures. A lot of theory overload but very understandable. Matt was a good trainer, he did well training us horizon care workers.
