Very enjoyable, learnt a lot. Feel equipt with knowledge and Restraint reduction protocol.

The importance of the course has being achieved and its impact has been made towards the support work.

Gemma was good and understanding of everyone needs

Very valuable course if having to do physical intervention, it teaches not just how but why which is essential for understanding why it is needed.

Overall was very good and beneficial

One star less because some of the content on the slideshows was different to the booklet provided, which made it difficult to follow sometimes. However the actual content was useful and educational.

I personally struggle learning through slides and someone talking at me. However we were all involved through stories and questions and the booklet is good!
