Very enjoyable and informative course. Trainer was excellent at demonstrating techniques and explaining theory. Enjoyed the course and will use the skills in practice. Excellent trainer made me feel comfortable through out the training.

Great trainer and informative session. I’ve learnt restrictive techniques to use as necessary in practice and only as a last resort to maintain the safety of patients and/or others.

I have throughly enjoyed all three courses! I feel as though it has heeled my time on paediatric wards when this course was not available and times were tough. I have the knowledge and understanding of triggers, de escalation, baselines and release.Response : Thank you so much for sharing such a powerful reflection. Absolutely enjoyed my 3 days training course. Trainer was perfect at his job 5 star very professionally kept the course going smoothly throughout day no rush from him. I'd prefer to have him with rest of my training courses
