Really insightful course, Ben and Tracey was very knowledgeable and found it to be enjoyable while learning new skills.

This course has been very beneficial to expand my knowledge and also how to approach the children in a more appropriate way. The training has been clear and again beneficial to help with the children in my care. The first days training has opened my mind in a different approach to the kids we work with.

What a fantastic course! It provides everything you need to know to work with the children in Horison and perfectly matches the ethos of what horizon set out to do. I feel much more confident with how to help the young people at great howarth across the school not just my class. Ben and Tracy are fantastic and very supportive towards all trainees. Ben in particular was very calming and very clear in communicating tge skills that are required, putting me at ease even when I was panicking.

I thought the course was very informative and interesting. I will look forward to be doing my refresher training. Scott has been an amazing trainer.
