The course was interesting and very effective, the theory was related to my day to day job and covered some content I had never seen in other similar courses. It was delivered in an approachable and engaging way by the trainer. The practical part was also very engaging and after having performed the RPI techniques several times during the course I feel better prepared and more confident to support the students in my role as a Teaching assistant.

Trainers were great, content was easy to follow, well presented. Physical part was thoroughly presented and I feel confident in all the holds.
