Ben works extra mile to make us feel confident about restraining techniques and all stipulated laws/guidelines. He emphasised that everything we do patients are all the centre their wellbeing and safety. Well done Ben and keep on inspiring many people.

Course was great, very informative and went over all aspects of learning how to de-escalate, the theory behind it and then safe holding. All information was so useful. Ben was an amazing trainer, made everyone feel welcomed and safe. He used great expression whilst delivering the course and get everyone engaged throughout! Made the day very fun but very informative!
