Great course. As a new staff member with no prior experience, I now feel confident that I can keep students and staff safe without hurting anyone. The only thing I would change is your slideshow colouring. For me, I struggle with white backgrounds with black writing. A very faint/light cream background with dark blue/navy text would help this. I wasn't being rude fidgeting and looking away, I just couldn't look at the screen for more than a few seconds.
Ben was Amazing, absolutely amazing, this course was so interesting with great clear explanations throughout. Recommend any company to always choose Sherwood training with Ben and Andy they are without the best,
I really enjoyed this course, this has been the best course i have done in my 12 years working care. Ben and Andy was very informative, and they simplifed the information so i was able to understand. I cant wait for my fresher course next year. Amazing trainers

Very good course. With lots of very relevant information. It was informative and supportive, the course itself had some good skills that varied.
Thorough and helpful, Sean is happy to go over any points and discuss when certain things may be used.
Really thorough, but so beautifully bespoke that we could actually discuss our learners and what they need, as well as discussing development within the school in order to reduce the need for holding.
Effective communication - very informative. Good to know what we were not doing any more and why we do the other holds. Also a good reminder for specific learners.
