In the course, I have learnt to see the people I support as an individual and not the behaviour, which will help to reduce behaviour of concern. Proper planning with the primary interventions in place will yield a better result. When the people I support show clues, antecedent manipulation will be of great help. In summary, been personed centered with compassion will yield a great result. The course is great 👍👍👍Response : Thank you, Abiodun.
