Craig was really clear how he explained things, answering any questions anyone had to ask. Gave breaks for drinks due to the extreme heat . The room was extremely hot.Friendly easy to talk to making everyone feel at ease .

Lots of new logical and appropriate information and techniques , more direction towards health and social care than previous programmes. Levelling previous learning up.
